Cant get my Canoscan Lide20 to work. Downloaded Toobox/driver cant get past Select Twain

MX 922 set it up with a router 2 computers. Windows 7 computer works fine; Windows 8 computer was working fine, but now only prints top inch of pg 1. Any suggestions?

MP510 magenta stopped working
