MX310 not scanning to pdf
Suddenly printer does not scan documents to save to PDF. Only can save as JPEG, TIFF, BMP formats and then convert them to PDF.Unistalled and installed device but problem persist. OS win7 Ultimate. Thanks for your help.

Reducing ink usage when printing black and white text
It appears that my colored ink seems to go down even when I am printing black and white text. How can I print in black and white only? MX920 printer.
First print at a time exhibits serrated markings
