Suddenly my Pixma5250 will not print My PC shows "An error occurred while printing"

Hi

cannot get printer to print PC shows "An error occurred while printing" on PC screen nothing showing on printer all looks fine

Toubleshooted no problems on printer test print worked .

Had YAC  (yet another cleaner) installed by Microsoft but that was a month ago I have printed since then.

Could it be a firewall problem? and if so should not the printer give me more information than an error occurred?

I am guessing by your title "Suddenly..." that it worked OK before this current problem?

If so, did you make any system chnages?
