Is anyone else having a problem with scrolling the Canon Knowledge Base website?
When I open the site all I can do is read the initial screen. It won't scroll.

If your husband reinstalled the printer as part of the fix Windows sometimes creates a new printer installation.
Go to Control Panel->Devices and Printers and you will see both printers. You can delete the version that isn't working.
