problem with cannon printer pixma MG3100 CANNOT PRINT PAPER NOT CATCHING

My Cannon Pixma MG3100 is having problem printing apparently the paper is not catching and so it takes a long time as it calibrates I use A4  for my print outs.

paper settings

I got Canon PIXMA MG2924 Wireless printer. When I try to print any documents in actual size (the settings is Letter size), the document wont print the bottom part. I have letter size paper in printer and letter size in settings. what went wrong here?
