Hello, I just bought an old printer canon pixma TS3120 (white color). However, I cannot connect it to my wifi as when I pressed "Network" on the printer, the "x" always appeared above the network icon. I tried to follow the instruction in this article: https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART168194 (I watched the video) but on the step 2, my printer shows "Connection failed" and "E36". (the images below). Please help me to fix this error T.T

Please try using the cableless setup method with an Android or iOS device:
Easy Wireless Connect - PIXMA TS3120, TS3122
You can also use the WPS connection method:
Wireless Setup Using WPS for Printer - PIXMA TS3120, TS3122
