Does my MG4200 canon printer have an internal hard drive.

MG5620 printer goes offline till I press the Home button, then it goes back online. Is there a fix?

Once in a while (I think after a prolonged period of time) my MG5620 printer goes offline till I press the Home button, then it goes back online. Is there a fix to keep it awake for print jobs? I'm running windows 10.

Error on Selphy CP800 states "No paper, or cassette incorrectly inserted!  Check paper cassette contains paper and is corectly inserted." There is paper in the cassette and there are no obstructions in the printer.
