when cleaning the encoder strip, do you clean the top or bottom side of the strip?

My mg7500 won't scan documents since I updated to windows 10. I get error code 5,157,69. The machine prints okay but says it cannot find the printer when I try to scan using the supplied software. Please help

Canon MG2120, how do I connect to more than one computer (network with IP)?

We have a Canon MG2120.  How do I allow more than one person's computer to print to it?  Can I network?  I can't find the IP address.

My Pixma ip4200 will only print part small sections from the web

I run Windows 10 with a wired connection for my Pixma ip4200.  If I try tp print any form of document/ picture etc. directly from the web it only prints smal sections which are unreadable and resemble bar codes.Any help would be appreciated.

Error message won't go away after problem was fixed
