How do I set my printer to print out a document in portrait rather than landscape?  I am a novice user so post basic details please. eg settings .> whatever>

Using AirPrint to print emails to the PIXMA MX922 results in a very large font size and a blank page at the end of it.How can I adjust the font size to be a more normal size? And eliminate the extra end page?
