Please help, I’ve tried realigning the head, cleaning the nozzles, etc. this seems to me like a specific issue that test printing is not helping. Thanks!

Hi margotdormer,
Cleaning the encoder inside of your PIXMA MG3620 should resolve the printing issue you are experiencing.
To clean the encoder/timing strip, please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article:
