I have recently ( 3 months ago purchased a Canon MG 2950. Only yesterday did i need to use the printer for the 1st time and it would not work. I installed the network scanner selector and the IJ scan facility and when I went to use it the code 5,157,69 kept coming up. I am running Windows Vista home premium on a personal laptap.Please advice simple as not a techie.
