How can I print in black only on my MG3520

canon mx 922 stuck on copy, can't print

I have a brand new MX 922. I have printed off about three or four files, then clicked on copy, copied one thing, and now it is stuck on copy and will not allow me to print from my Mac. There is sufficient ink. and paper. No jams. Please help.

My MG3500 will not print. I have recently replaced both cartridges, bought from Asda.

My printer is a Canon MG3500. I have had problems printing so I replaced both ink cartridges although they were not used.The green light flashes continually and the printer does not respond to print commands.

How to access the print queue on my Pixma MG6320? (any help at all greatly appreciated)

Is there a way to access the print queue on the screen of the printer? Or can I only do that from a laptop? (I'm in an office setting)
