MX712 won't print

I have a MX712 that I've had for a few years without problem right up until I loaded Windows 10.

Now, if I attempt to print something in B&W the page comes up blank.

If I try and print in color, the red & grey seems to print but nothing else will.

When I print the Head Alignement Value, only blue and black print.

Print Nozzle Check Pattern prints fine.

What is going on?
