SELEPHY CP 1500 states 'Paper and Ink cassette do not match'

Am new to the Selphy CP 1500 - Which I've purchased this month direct from Cannon.

In addition to the printer I have purchased Card size Labels KC-18IF which comes with an ink cartridge marked card.  

I have installed the ink cartridge that came with the cards. I've placed the paper into a tray marked 'Card Size' and slotted this into the Selphy.

App appears loaded on my phone OK. Shows picture, appears to transfer it to Selphy but wont allow me to print as message shown in title appears

I really cannot see what I'm doing wrong.  Any help/guidance appreciated.
