I have a Canon iP7220 printer that I use on a network. I set the printer up as instructed and my computers recognize it on the network but when I try to print it has an error message "PRINTER IS OFF LINE".
The printer is on and all lights, on light and blue wireless light are shining.
Any idea whats wrong with the system?

Hello.
Try temporarily turning off any firewall programs on the system to see if this allows you to print. In some cases, security settings can prevent access to the printer.
If the error continues to persist, additional troubleshooting will have to be done to narrow down the cause of your issue. Please contact our support group using the "Contact Us" link below for additional assistance.
