It seems there is no driver available to connect my Canon scanner (CanoScan LiDE 25) with Windows 11.Would the driver for Windows 7 maybe work?Is there a way to get around this problem? It is a very nice scanner.

Resolved! RS40 not found on Windows 11, version 24H2

 Ever since I updated to Windows 11, version 24H2, I get the following error message. It used to work fine before the Windows update, and it still works find on my Mac. So, it cannot be a cable or connection problem. Please help.

Can not intall RS40 Photo Scanner

Followed all directions for installing  and can not get it to work.  Error message is: On Clicking on Captureontouch  on software appls  get "Cannot Find Scanner". Check of installed hardware shows it is installed and working.  Help ?? Thanks Dave
