I cannot able to use this scanner on my windows11 laptops and pc's. Please let me know how we can fix it. While trying to open the application it keeps closing. On windows 10 it works very well.
I have the same problem, please let me know how we can fix it. I tried many of my windows11 pc and laptops, the application is not working. But in windows 10 it works very well
