I am disappointed that I cannot get my scanner set up and working. I will not recognize the plotter or PC. If I try to scan to a mounted USB it won't work because it can't connect to PC. I wish there were some detailed videos for setting up both the TM-340 and LM-36. I have followed the setup steps precisely but to no avail. Any ideas?
