Canon iR-ADV C5535 SMTP setting change to Mimecast SMTP

Hi Team,

may I ask if Canon printer supports to use Mimecast SMTP?

model: Canon iR-ADV C5535

I tried to change the SMTP server from smtp2go to Mimecast SMTP, when I applied the change and tested the SMTP, it appeared an error 'Could not find the server. Check the SMTP server settings, the DNS settings, and the SMTP server status.'

SMTP server: de-smtp-outbound-1.mimecast.com or de-smtp-outbound-2.mimecast.com

the SMTP username and password are correct, and DNS I tried to use my internal company DNS and Google DNS, still had the same error.

and the port number I already changed from the printer, Port: 587

 

once I change the SMTP server and account back to SMTP2GO, the SMTP can work.

mail.smtp2go.com

 

I am wondering if the Canon printer SMTP server does not support the Mimecast SMTP?
