I've just installed Windows 10 on my computer. I can print the stored files I have in the quick menu but somehow it won't printout any of the files I have stored under windows. Have any idea what's the problem?
Is there a desktop app I can use to choose what action I want the printer to perform, like scan, fax, etc. Something similar to HP Smart? I don't like using the little window on the printer, I prefer to do it from my laptop. Thanks in advance.
