PIXMA TS202 drivers can't be unzipped

The drivers at https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-ts202 can't be unzipped, they fail to create a  *.* and unzip fails from the .exe file. How do we get past this? I'm not even getting started on the fact that this thing didn't even come with all the cables necessary to even plug it in - the drivers on the site are non-functional. How do I get the drivers to actually install??

Hi, alicynx!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

@alicynx,

The installer is a self-extracting zip file.  Please change the file extension from .exe to .zip.  You can extract the files yourself and run the installer.

Note if you do not have windows set to display file extensions, you will not see the file type at the end of the file name.

In this case, you need to enable the feature on the View menu in file explorer.
