I have tried literally everything to reconnect this printer. It just cannot find the network, even though a few times it has seen it and then it just disappears. I have tried connecting via my phone too and still nothing. It has worked fine for years. I use a MacBook Pro and an iPhone.
I also find it absolutely frustrating that I can't call anyone to get help except if I pay $20.
