Why do I have a single light vertical line on screen SX530 hs?

I charged my battery and began taking photos when I viewed them back I noticed a single light colored vertical line on LED screen. I am not sure if it is something I inadvertently did. It was hot out and lens fogged up......Just really odd. Katherine...

ISO setting doesn't do anything

The ISO setting on my camera was working perfectly a few days ago, now it's not working at all. When I change it to 100 or 400 or 1600 or more, it makes no change in the display or the image when I upload it.  I don't know if I made a setting change ...
