Printer missing columns of text
When I print my print leaves out columns of texts. We've cleaned it and it keeps doing it. What else should I do?

I keep getting a Paper Jam / Cover Open error on my P-215ii scanner. I have cleaned everything very well and inspected the rollers/wear items. Nothing looks bad or damaged. Are there any known problems to cause these errors? Thanks in advance.
Canoscan LIDE 210 light not working in Windows 10
