Looking for Model Number

I was given a printer, but I can't find the model number. I have the serial number, but I don't know where to look to find the model number in order to connect to my computer.

I've thus far been disappointed by how wimpy the red, yellow and orange software filters have been for my B&Ws. I recall the olden-day glass filters to have been more efficacious, particularlly the red. Any opinions on this?
