Resolved! IJ Scan Utility - Error Code: 9,230,0

Hey there, so I just downloaded and installed the drivers for my Canoscan 9000f Mark II, and upon trying to launch IJ Scan Utility, it gives me this error message: "A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Install it and try again....

Resolved! Need file cnmnpu.exe

I need a link to this file: cnmnpu.exe. Please do NOT tell me to look on installation disk. Obvioulsy if I had it I wouldn't be asking the question.

Canon CPS renewal

I have been trying to renew my Canon CPS membership for a couple of days, but the site has been down.  I think my account was set to expire today.  Is there a grace period for renewing?

Printhead alignment

I have issues with the output of my printed papers. I processed cleaning and deep cleaning already however I still don't get perfect print outs. Can you please help me with the printhead alignment process? Thank you.

What Happened to image.canon?

I was so looking forward to using this service—especially the Lightroom connection—with my new R5. "SORRY, SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE" And what happened to the iOS/iPadOS app? It was pulled from the App Store today by Canon. Thanks!Davoud aka David
