Canon app 'My Printer' provides an option to shut down the printer from a PC.
To do this, it has to send information via the LAN.
I have captured the data sent when running the 'shutdown' option (using "Wireshark") but I don't have the knowledge on how to use it in a program of my own - I need to include the printer shutdown in my UPS system shutdown operation.
Does anyone here have the expertise to advise how to go about using the Canon data transmissions in, say, a Batch file?
