error, can't use scanner with in use by other application or user!!!!!!!!!

Ive seen this over time but the only response was to re start, as well some instructions for PC  Scanner isc Canoscan lide 210OS is mac osx , mavericks and  ysemite and el capitian (beta), same issues on all O/S 's Any please help  

how send prints to printer

I have the pixma all in one printer  5520 and would like to,if possable ,send a print from canon camera sli50 diorectly to the printer and keep from going to computer.Thank you, taper21

Just got the camera yesterday. Will not let me take one shot. Keeps flashing "busy".

My Canoscan 9000f doesn't work with either my MacBook running OSX 10.4 Tiger, or my PC on Windows 7.

The "on" button lights up, but nothing happens when the other buttons are pressed.  No preview scan happens on PC, and No sign of life whatsoever on Mac. Any suggestions?  Thanks!
