MyCanon Pro: Error message when I try to register

I am trying to register using the MyCanonPro option and keep getting an error when i submit the form.

See attached, this seems to be an IT issue..

As it turns out its an issue with South Carolina as the state.. I entered Rhode Island and it registered me.. I finished the setup and then went back in to change the state and it still errors when South Carolina is selected. Canon IT you need to fix your website..
