When trying to log in to MyCanon [ https://www.usa.canon.com/sign-in/register ] I click on the [sign in] button and get this error message (it repeats):

I just tested the URL provided in Firefox and the registration page opened. Do you run a VPN or other software locally that may be interrupting the request? What browser are you using.

I am using Chrome on a Chromebook Plus. I forgot I had recently signed up for NordVPN and was using it via their Chrome extension. I made a VPN exception for MyId.canon and canon.com and was able to get through. Thanks!
