1/60 vs, 1/64

When I set the speed on my Canon 1Ds Mark III to 1/60 sec., I see a speed of 1/64 sec in the file.  1.  Why is this?2.  When will the problem be fixed?3.  Which of the two values is the true speed? Gudehus
