PIXMA G6020 - will only print in red or pink ink.

Hello,  I realize it's a Sunday.  I am wondering why my Canon PIXMA will only print in red or pink ink.  All of the ink colors are full.  Even if I click print in black and white on the printer it will only print in red ink. Thanks
