I completed registration for my new PIXMA TS3722 and signed up for PIXMA print plan. It's set up in Android on 2 devices and a windows 10 PC. PIXMA print plan is unable to detect ink levels. The starter ink carts are near the end of their usefulness. How do I resolve this?

Hi F23,
Because there are many causes of what you are experiencing, it would take a long time to resolve via forum posts. Because of this, it is recommended that you contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS3722 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.

I have the same problem with my Pixma TS7720. I've been all over the Canon websites and cannot find help of any sort with the Print Plans beyond the very basics that are on the Subscriptions Dashboard, which does not address troubleshooting in any way.
I tried to follow your advice to F23, but when I get to the Support Options it tells me that my printer is no longer supported. I bought this printer, new, 10 months ago and have had this problem since almost the beginning. I've attempted to follow the setup instructions many times, but they are written in techno-speak that I don't fully understand.
The display doesn't show any specific error codes to look up. I tried to do the configuration on Windows, but as far as I can tell, my issue can only be handled from the printer's panel.
The main problem, I think, is that I don't have a Registration Code but when I select the option to get a code, it says it cannot connect to the server and I should try again later. I've tried off an on for about 8 hours now. The printer IS connected to wi-fi. I also tried Wireless Direct but that can't connect with the server either.
Oddly, the printer DOES connect with some server occasionally, because my Print Plan invoices sometimes show activity. Mostly, though, the dashboard complains that the server can't connect with the printer to monitor my usage. My original cartridges are almost empty, so this has become urgent.
I hope you can help, before I have to shoot myself in the head from frustration! 😖
