pixma MG3070S printer / catridges stuck

 I just bought printer Pixma MG3070S. after installing ink cartridges my printer has 2 times blinking sometimes 3 times and 4 times.

i used many method trick i refer on youtube but still fail.

but i realize the ink cartridges is stuck on the right side. I cant even forced it move. My installation ink. is there any solution to this ?
