PIXMA MG3620 Pictures printing with too much pink

Bachngoc17

Both color and black levels are good, cartridge look clean no leaks.  However picture is not printing correctly now.  It’s all pink not remotely like the picture at all.  Any thoughts or something I should try?  Thanks.

Hi Bachngoc17,

First, please load plain paper into your PIXMA MG3620 and then print a test page.

To print a test page, please hold down the STOP button until the Error light blinks 1 time, then release it immediately.

Please compare your printout with the example below.  Does yours match the example?

Weird, the other day everything was just pink.  The test print and the picture I printed again came out just fine today.
