I have a 2day old TR4720. Have downloaded the driver, but an only print test page

PIXMA MG2522 printer lamps are blinking

Power lamp (green) and alarm lamp (orange) is keep blinking alternately continuously. I tied all kind of ways to reset the printer but not solving. Still keep blinking alternatively.

PIXMA G6020 - media Jam

I am having issues printing with my G6020. it is saying Media Jam. no paper is stuck. I have unplugged it, reloaded fresh paper. I am thinking its has to be the sensor that has a debris or something. can someone assist.
