So I have a printer and letters on the keypad, except for when I want to connect to the Wi-Fi router box and when I click on the WI. Fi router box instead of saying to type in the password. I just get a blank screen and no letters or numbers. Show up when I press the buttons. I also have no option for a symbol's screen to put in the periods that are in the password please help
