Hi,
We have a network setup and all the devices can connect except G3520 printer. We have tried Automatic, Manual and WPS (there is no hold button on router device). Printer was working fine until new network was installed. All devices connect fine but not the printer as it keeps throwing a 3441 (timeout error) even though the connection is attempted and fails within 120 seconds. I am wondering is it character set as the password has a UK keyboard # in it. There is no equivalent £ (if the keyboard is mapped to US) allowed from simple setup. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Eddie

Greetings,
Incorrect keyboard layout (character set)? Being its a printer intended for sale in the UK/Europe, it might. You typically press the asterisk key "*" to switch between alpha numeric input.
