6A80 support code in Canon PIXMA TS9120

I have a printer Canon PIXMA TS9120 with the problem. When I turn it on, it shows a canon logo and then gives the support code 6A80. I tried cleaning the printing head but nothing happened. However, I'm not the first user of it and when I firstly got the printing head it was dirty with ink. I cleaned it but nothing changed. I really don't know what to do with this thing. If someone knows what to do, please, help
