Resolved! TS6020 fails to recognize/register letter size paper in cassette

The TS6020 thinks I've loaded and selected A4 paper in the cassette when I've actually loaded and selected letter size paper. The printer therefore will not print from the cassette. It only uses the rear tray.

Good afternoon, I have windows10 and after upgrading I stopped printing, I have mx495, tried uninstalling drivers, reinstalling, troubleshooting etc but I realized that a problem has the print queue. Thank you in advance.
