Canon PIXMA MX922 prints wavy lines and ghost images.

Hi. My Canon PIXMA MX922 prints wavy lines and ghost images. I've ran EVERY diagnostic and I have also cleaned the clear strip inside the printer. HELP!!! Is it just the printer's time to expire?
