MG6320 Ink cartridges wont print

I replaced my ink cartridges and now the printer won't print. The printer is communicating with my desktop, but the pages are blank.

I recommend performing a nozzle cleaning, please click HERE for the steps. Once the nozzle cleaning is done, you will be asked to print a nozzle check. Please let us know if your nozzle check looks like the example HERE.

I just performed the nozzle cleaning option twice. I also performed a deep cleaning. The printer is still printing blank pages. Please asist.

Hi,

Since the nozzle cleanings did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service. Based on the age of the scanner, it may be more cost effective to replace the scanner and because of this, you qualify for the Canon Upgrade program
