My G7020 would not print anything in blue. What should be blue is pink and no black. I went thru all the maintenance steps. The nozzle check showed all but CC. Continued through the steps. At the deep clean stage I got a support code 5200. I followed the reset instructions and completed the deep clean. Now the only thing I get is YY and any attempt to print a color doc. comes out with nothing but yellow. When I print a doc. in black, the letters are black with a yellow tint. Please help!
