Has anyone came up with a way to print in grayscale? I have a Canon MG3600. I noticed that if set to print grayscale, the print came out red. I know the black ink cartridge has sufficient ink. I don't print anything using color at all.

HiThere is a problem with printing using PGBK ink cartridge, as you can see on test page lines are not parallel and letters have ghost. I've performed deep cleaning and "Print head aligment" but it did not help. Any suggestions?
