PIXMA TR8620A How to change destination folder for Scan to PC

Trying to set up the scan to a specific folder over wireless to a specific folder on a server (PC).  Using the "Scan to PC" function on the printer/scanner it seems the device is using the default documents folder for the user logged in on the server(PC).  Can this be changed?
