Okay so I have looked all over the community boards for a straight answer. I bought this printer like many others, for the borderless printing and the photo quality printing, and the ability to fix it later.
I have a iMac computer. I have changed and clicked through every possible setting for this computer and printer both.
I was attempting to print 2 greeting cards on 1 sheet of 8.5x11 cardstock. Two folded cards measuring 4.25x5.5 (A2). However I can not get it to print borderless for the life of me, it keeps cropping my art.
I am also very upset that i seemingly cannot turn of my printer managing colors not matter what I do.
After this WHOLE mess I don't know what I'm going to do next time I need a new printer, because I was looking to get a larger format printer for art prints.
I can understand your frustration and at this time I recommend you reach out to Canon support. Our team will be able to assist you in real time with this matter. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
We look forward to hearing from you.
