Gettig code 7700 on TS6420a

When I try to print something off of my computer to the printer (wireless - PIXMA TS6420a), I get code 7700, contact support. I get confused when I go to the Canon web site and look for help. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

G3270 printer is a few months old and has maybe printed 20 pages. The paper jammed recently and all jammed paper was removed but the jammed paper error (support code 1300) persists. No other paper can be found anywhere in the printer.
