Hi my PIXMA TS8150 has suddenly decided to stop printing the last 2 inches on an A4 page. To eliminate windows or its apps being the problem I tried doing a scan/copy and got the same results. Complete resets and roller cleaning didn't work either. However I did see one forum discuss NVRAM corruption on a TS9120 could this be the problem?
Is it possible to fix the corruption with a Canon utility if this is indeed the most likely cause? It seems a shame to scrap a perfectly good printer just for a software fix especially as I have loads of Canon ink for it.

You need to determine if this is an internal printer error or a software error from you device, you do that by bypassing the software and printing directly from the printer, let us know what happens:
To print a nozzle check pattern from the Pixma TS8150 printer, follow these simple steps:

Hi sorry for not replying sooner. The nozzle check pattern is good and sharp though there is nothing printed on the lower 2-inches of the page.

It printed the completed nozzle check. You may have a mismatch paper setting, check to see what paper size is selected here:
