CanonTS5300 no custom size

I have a CanonTS5300. I want to print custom size. But there is no option to do it!Am I missing something? This is very frustrating

Ohhhh, turns out it only Paint.net that doesn't have a custom option. If I use Picasa or Paint, it's there. Wierd

Doesn't help, there's not even an option to do custom sizes

There's no option to put in custom sizes at all though
