Unable to scan with LIDE 210-error message 2.249.1
When I try to scan a document, i get a message that scanner is in use Message #: 2.249.1This is an LIDE 210 for MAc.

Quick toolbox
Installed software on pc running vista for mg2020 printer. Can't access quick toolbox or home screen. Does disc have to remain in pc as no prompt to save or run.
