What about customers getting the type of print head is not correct boooo**bleep** but live in Canada??

ALl the support is for customers in the USA. What about other customers in other countries??

MG8220 Paper tray will not open automatically

Printer paper tray has stopped opening automatically when printing starts, have to manually open tray every time

Uneven alignment of print document

After clearing a paper jam, print is uneven. Most of the print document is clear exact every inch the print is blurred/ shadowed /doubled image.

Double Print MG5520

My MG5520 prints double characters almost completely overlapping and double vertical lines in the nozzle check pattern.  Tride aligning the head.  That didn't work.  Most of the alignment test patterns look like gratings.

just received the dreaded U052 message!

have had my pixma mp560 for 5 years and just received the dreaded U052 message.   Reset the print head and ink cartridges. unplugged mach for 10 min but still shows messages.   What do I do now?Dianne

MP 610 error 6000 message

Error message 6000.  Have done all the user guide suggested. Any suggestions as to fix?  Will not print.  All ink cartridges are fine.

MX492 printer will only print 1st line when printing from a website.

Ihave tried to print several things from websites and the preview and the actual print is only the top line.  What would cause this?
