My Canon 5350 worked perfectly. Suddenly wouldn't print and printer status says 'printer not responding'. I Reset factory settings and re- installed printer. It worked a couple of times and has stopped again. Wifif is working on the computer and the blue wifi light is showing on the printer. I cant find anything in the Canon troubleshooting guide, which is disappointing. Can someone help me please? thank you
